House description:

The house is built in one of the most privilege areas of the development. You can basically walk a few steps of your property line and swim in the Caribbean Ocean. It is protected by a reef. On the corner of the reef the water go deep for boating. It has an exterior wall with a beautiful design. The doors of the exterior wall match the design and color appearance.  The work on wood is made by a wax that gives them a special brownish and old color. The inside doors and closet are made the same. They all are solid wood. The roof tiles are ceramic tiles with tan color. The tiles are all European (Italian, Spanish). The bathrooms are cover with tiles to the ceiling and the entire bathroom area. Every bath has it one special look. It has 6 complete bathrooms and 2 half baths the most amazing one is the main bath. The main bathroom has a large area with granite top, and beautiful wood design. It has a Jacuzzi with sea view. Most of the bathrooms the sink goes on top of the granite. The main bathrooms have its one water heaters. There is a second water heater for the remaining areas required.

As you enter the house, it has water falling behind a wall with Italian ceramic. The kitchen was a perfect design with a center workstation with Italian stove and beautiful granite work. While you cook, all the accessories are place within reach for cooking. The extractor is a beautiful match coming from the roof. The microwave is American trade mark but the oven is Italian made. It can be used for roasting as well. It has different uses. It has gas and electric to burn the outside of the meal (oven). It has a granite table foe 4 to eat in case you do not wan t to eat outside in the dinning are or in the terrace.

The laundry area has a closet for hanging the close just out of washing or drying. There are two storage areas. One close to the laundry and kitchen that I used it for: fishing gear (lots), storage, drinking storage and it has a freezer. The other storage has the entrance form the out site and it has the second water heater, barbeque grill, accessories and grass cutters. There is a third storage for the pool and exterior maintenance.

There is a study on the first floor. I used for my workstation but I can be used as a DEN. The living room has a wall cover with French stone (beautiful). The house has 4 bathrooms including their own bathrooms. On three of the bedrooms the TV is place inside the closet which has the brownish wax color. There is a half bath for the first floor –inside-the house.

The exterior privilege.

The beach 20 house has cover parking the tiles for the floor are made in Colombia. The clay tiles have a burn color. The design place on floor is diamond and square on the borders.

It has a half bath for all the people out site on the pool or terrace. The terrace is divided in two areas. The terrace has three areas; one is the living terrace, bar and dinning. The top tiles of the bar area are glass brown square. The front site has Italian tan stone. Extremely beautiful. This bar has it own sink. There is some wood work on the cabinet at the back.

The bohio has two levels. In the higher level you can overlook the ocean with an area for a small table and a bar with pool tiles. The lower lever has concrete seating area.

It has a complete bedroom with small kitchen for the employees staying in the house. It includes bathroom and small are for clothing. Also, It has another small bedroom for a second employee with bathroom and small closet.

The swimming pool was design with two levels. There is one that you can place your chairs to take sun and seat in the pool. The other is the depth site. Basically mostly is shallow. It has glass ceramic tiles of a sailfish behind three flying fish work done on tiles. The other has a dolphin with a ball. It is all cover with pool tiles. Very well place. Never one of the pool tiles have come out of the pool.
